Privileges of Internal Users
Users (or seats) refer to those people who can log into your Caspio Bridge account. As your needs grow, more people from your organization may need access to your Caspio Bridge account to create and use DataPages, or to upload or download files and data. Access privileges for each object such as tables, views, DataPages, and Styles can be tightly controlled through User Privileges.
You can give internal users add, delete, edit, open and other specific privileges for each Caspio Bridge object.
To create a user select New User from the File menu or in the Users view click the
button. When you create a new user you can assign high level global rights to the user for the different areas of Caspio Bridge.
To control privileges at the object level, select your desired object, then click on the Privileges button, add the user to the list of authorized users and update the specific rights of the user over the selected object.
To add, delete or change the properties of Users select the corresponding button in the Users view.
| On this page, "users" refers to the internal users who log into Caspio Bridge. For help on managing the external web users of your deployed DataPages, visit the Web User Authentication page.
This article applies to accounts that are authorized to have more than one internal user. Your Caspio Bridge subscription package determines the number of administrative logins available for your account. |
