Record Level Security
Record level security is a feature of Web User Authentication. It allows you to restrict access to records based on the current user’s profile data. You can allow access to only records that were created by the current user, or records that were assigned to them personally. Alternatively, you can also restrict record access based on an individual’s department or group. Record level security can also be used to reduce the number of visible options in dropdown fields and listboxes.
