Inline Options for DataPages

Result pages of Search and Report DataPages allow you to enable inline update, delete, or add options.  Inline update and delete options are presented in a separate column.  The add option is provided as a row of blank, editable text fields at the top or bottom of the table.

Inline options are designed to provide a quick way of editing data in a web page, but they have certain limitations.  They are not appropriate where large amount of text may be entered in a text field or where a file upload is required.

In-line update and delete options let users change or remove data from your table.  Don't enable these options in publicly-accessible DataPages.
