Block Access to DataPages by IP Address
This option allows you to set up access privileges to your DataPage by blocking or allowing certain user IP addresses. Only users with allowed IP addresses will be able to open your DataPage.
- Select the desired DataPage in the DataPages view.
- Click the Deploy button to go to Deploy dialog box. Next, click the Filters button.
- A dialog box will open. Select the type of Default Access as Allow all or Deny all to enable or disable access by general IP addresses.
- Allow or deny specific IP addresses by inserting them into the Except dialog box. Each address should be inserted on a new line. You may also insert ranges of IP addresses, such as 10.10.0.* or 10.10.*.* or 10.*.*.*, where '*' represents a number.
- Click the OK button.
Access to your DataPage is now dependant on your filtered settings.
| For Server-side (SEO) deployed DataPages, IP filters are applied to a host IP where the DataPage is deployed. |
| If the Server-Side (SEO) function is enabled and External Style is activated, the Deploy Code area will have two tabs. The code under the DataPage tab should be inserted into the body of your Web page. The External tab contains the code for the DataPage style and should be inserted into the header of your web page. |

For Mobile Forms, available deployment models are URL and WML link that work the same as URL and Link models described above. SSL encryption is not available for Mobile Forms. |
| All Caspio Bridge DataPages (except for Mobile Forms) can be deployed using SSL security. However, if your own site is not delivered in SSL most browsers display a warning about mixed content. You have several options: A) Ignore the browser alert since it does not interfere with DataPage transmission security. B) Use a deploy method other than Embed. C) Ensure that you can deliver all the content of the page in SSL. This means you need an SSL certificate for your web site. |
