With the release of Caspio Bridge 8.4 in early November 2014, an HTML editor is by default enabled for HTML Blocks, Headers/Footers, form confirmation messages, and emails. The HTML editor provides a convenient “what-you-see-is-what-you-get” (WYSIWYG) interface for editing and styling content.

In order to edit the HTML, CSS, or JavaScript code directly, or to paste existing code from elsewhere, you will need to switch your view from WYSIWYG to Source.

Also note that the HTML editor does its best to fix incorrect HTML code, but there may be times when you don’t want your code to be modified. To prevent your code from being modified go to the Advanced tab of your element and disable the editor. Learn more about disabling the HTML editor here.
