Follow the steps below to troubleshoot WordPress deployment. These instructions are only applicable if you have your own installation of WordPress. They are not applicable to blogs that run on WordPress.com.

1. Make sure you have installed the newest version of Caspio WordPress plug-in (version 1.4). You can download the plug-in from http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/caspio-deploy2/.

2. Review Deploy Caspio DataPages in WordPress article and make sure you are using the right deployment format.

3. If you are still having issue with this, contact Caspio Support and provide the URL of your web page plus the deploy code that you have put into your page source. We will run a test using your deploy code in our WordPress test environment and advise the next step.
