Website analytics such as the one available from Google may provide you with a more complete solution, however Caspio Bridge can also count the number of times a record is viewed by incrementing a value each time the Details pages of Search and Report DataPages is accessed.
To set this up do the following:
- Add a Number field to your table for this purpose
- Edit relevant Search and Report DataPages. Add the new field from step 1 to their Details pages and set its Form Element to PageViewIncrement.
