How to display a field data as hyperlink?

Answer:

You can make a field render as URL in results or details pages:

Open the DataPage in edit mode and go to results or details configuration screen.
Select the field that you would like to be displayed as a hyperlink and select URL link from Render value as drop down as shown below.
