Resource Scheduling

 

Deployment Guidelines:

If you haven't already, request the Resource Scheduling app and Caspio Support will load it into your account. Once loaded, follow the below instructions to customize and deploy your app.

  1. If you're not already familiar with Caspio Bridge, please watch our video tutorials.
  2. Deploy all DataPages to your own web pages using Embedded deployment.
  3. The application’s default admin login is admin@admin.com with password “admin”.
  4. Replace your own admin/user information and passwords in this table:
      • Table: SHARED_Admins
      • Table: SHARED_Users
  5. In the Authentication wizard footer, replace the existing “Lost password” hyperlink (password.html) with your own page URL in these folders:
      • DataPage Folder: MIS1_Users
      • DataPage Folder: UAM1_Users – Do Not Delete

  6. Delete the sample data:
      • Table: MIS1_Inventory_Items, MIS1_Reservation_Dates
      • File Folder: Shared
  7. If you would like to send automatic emails when records are received or updated, turn on automatic and notification emails.
  8. Add a "Logout" link somewhere in the site header or navigation. See how>>
  9. Customize the application as you wish, such as:
      • Add new fields to the table. See how>>
      • Edit DataPage fields. See how>>
      • Choose a different style. See how>>
      • Feel free add other common customizations.
  10. Test all application interfaces, functions and navigation, and also confirm that the data is stored and managed to your preferences.
