Image Auto-Rotation
1 minute to readMost modern cameras utilize Exchangeable image file format (Exif) to add metadata to image files for settings such as the image orientation. In Caspio, you can enable your forms to automatically correct the image orientation during file upload whenever the Exif information is available in the file.
The steps below outline how to enable image auto-rotation in DataPages and inside your account in the Table Datasheet and Files areas.
File Upload in Forms
In any Caspio form (Submission, Update and Details Page), select the File field on the Configure Fields screen and check the Auto-rotate image orientation option.
Once enabled, all newly uploaded images will automatically display with the correct orientation.
Single File Upload in Caspio
You can also enable this feature while uploading individual files in the Files area or when editing a particular file in a Table Datasheet.
