IP Addresses for Data Import/Export Tasks

When you are configuring Caspio repository site for a Data import/export task, you may need to whitelist Caspio IP addresses in order to establish connection between Caspio and your site. To determine which IP addresses to whitelist, check your Caspio Site region in the Account Settings. We recommend to whitelist the following range of IP addresses depending on your region.

These IP addresses may change with new releases, so please check this section regularly to ensure any firewalls or whitelists are up to date.

Note: For SFTP repositories, IP whitelisting requirements differ depending on the action being performed.
To create or edit a data import/export task, your server must temporarily allow connections from all IP addresses.
When a task is executed, you can restrict access so that only the IP addresses listed below are allowed.
If IP restrictions are enabled too early, task creation or task edits may fail even if the task previously ran successfully.
