User Management DataParts

User management elements let you build user administration directly into your app, so app users can create and manage directory users where they already work.

The following forms are available:

• Sign-up Form — When people outside your app need to create their own account, use this form to add them to the directory and send an activation email.
• User Details/Update Form — When app users need to manage existing directory users, use this form to build a user administration interface for tasks such as reviewing a team roster, changing a user’s role, or suspending a user’s access.

A single app often uses both: a Sign-up Form on a public AppPage for registration, and a User Details/Update Form on an administrator AppPage for ongoing management.
