Integration with n8n

The Caspio integration with n8n allows you to automate workflows between Caspio applications and other business systems or cloud services. Using Caspio nodes in n8n, you can automate data operations, manage information across connected systems, and trigger workflows when data changes.
Typical use cases include creating records in Caspio from form submissions, sending email notifications when data changes, or synchronizing data between Caspio and other services such as CRMs, spreadsheets, or communication tools.
The Caspio node in n8n provides two types of functionality:
- Caspio Trigger – Start workflows automatically when records are created, updated, or deleted in Caspio tables.
- Caspio Actions – Perform data operations, file handling, directory user management, and data import/export task execution.
Prerequisites:
- A Caspio account with the Integrations feature.
- An n8n account (cloud or self-hosted) where you can build workflows.
To get started, create a Caspio credential in n8n. Once connected, you can use Caspio nodes to automate actions or start workflows based on Caspio data changes.
