Getting Support PIN

When you contact Caspio Support over the phone or chat,  you will be asked to provide your 9-digit Support PIN in order to verify your identity. Follow the instruction below to generate a one-time Support PIN:

1. Log in to your Caspio account.
2. On the top bar, click Help.
3. From the drop-down menu, select Support PIN.
4. In the pop-up window, click the Generate PIN button.

The support PIN expires 2 hours after generation.
