Caspio Data import/export tasks allow you to create scheduled-based actions for importing and exporting your data to and from your Caspio account.

Data imports can be used to periodically refresh data from other systems.
Data exports can be used to create a periodic backup of your cloud-hosted data or to transfer it to other systems.
