Enhancements to Flex

Flex is our next-generation framework for building modern cloud applications.

In this release, we added the following improvements: 

Forms: You can now configure hidden form elements that support static values and parameters.
Tabular and Card Reports: You can now append query string parameters in interactive controls for “Go to AppPage”.
Import from Marketplace: We added a quick import option that allows you to instantly bring in ready-made apps from the Caspio Marketplace with default configurations.

Enhancements to Extensions

Caspio Extensions is a plug-and-play capability that connects your Caspio account to third-party services, enabling various functionalities.

Barcode Generator – A New Extension

We are excited to introduce the Barcode Generator extension that enables you to create a wide range of barcodes based on your data. Customize barcode size, font, and style, and save the generated barcodes directly in your Caspio tables. This extension is useful for product labeling, event ticketing, document tracking, and more.

Note: Part of Caspio release 57.0, the Barcode Generator extension will be available by February 20, 2025.

Enhancements to Agents – Real-Time Credit Usage

In the agent list, we introduced a new column displaying real-time Credits usage by each extension agent. Additionally, you can select the activity period to view Credits usage for a specific period of time.
