Take the following steps to reset your Caspio ID password:

1. On the Caspio Login page, click Forgot your password link.
2. Enter one of your Caspio ID email addresses.
3. Check I’m not a robot and click Continue.
4. Check your email inbox and click on the Reset Password link.

Note: Our email is sent from "Caspio <bridge@caspio.com>". If you can’t see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.

5. If you defined security questions in your profile, you will be asked to answer one of them.
6. Enter your new password, retype it and click the Reset Password button.
