To reset your Caspio ID password use the following steps:
- In the Caspio Login page, click Forgot your password link.
- Enter one of your Caspio ID email addresses.
- Check I’m not a robot and click Continue.
- Check your email inbox for the email and click on Reset Password link.
Note: Our email is sent from “Caspio <bridge@caspio.com>”. If you can’t see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.
- If you defined security questions in your profile you will be asked to answer one of them.
- Enter your new password, retype it and click Reset Password button.
