Each user portal dedicated to one directory consists of the following pages: 

  • Sign-in page – displayed for unauthenticated users trying to access user portal or app connections. 
  • Settings page - the user’s basic information and security settings, where users can update their profile, change password, or set up two-factor authentication. You can guide your users to their settings page by copying the URL from User portal → User portal URLs panel and distributing it to your users. 
  • Two-factor configuration pages – displayed to app users requested to set up two-factor authentication. 
  • Password update page – displayed to app users whose password expired. 
  • Reset password pages – displayed after users click the ‘Forgot password?’ link on the sign-in page. 
  • Activate user pages – displayed after app users click the link in the activation email.
