To manage access permissions for multiple users, create a group and add users to it. 

Steps: 

1. In your directory, click the Groups tab. 
2. Click the Create group button. 
3. Enter the group name and click Create. 
4. Now you need to assign users to your group. Click the Add users button. 
5. In the Add users to group panel, select the users you want to add to a group. 
6. Click Add.
