As an administrator of a directory, you have the possibility to suspend a user – for example when they are not adhering to a policy or are in breach of your regulations.
Steps to suspend users:
- In your directory, in the Users tab, select one or more users whom you want to suspend.
- Above the list, expand the Actions dropdown and select Suspend.
Result: The selected users are now suspended. It is reflected in their status. They can only be active again if you manually unsuspend them.
Steps to unsuspend users:
- In your directory, in the Users tab, select one or more suspended users whom you want to unsuspend.
- Above the list, expand the Actions dropdown and select Unsuspend.
Result: The selected users’ status is restored to the status before the suspension action.
