If you would like to upgrade or downgrade your plan, you can easily do so with the Change Plan feature inside Caspio.

This article shows an example of  upgrading from a free trial to a permanent account.

To access the Change Plan page, navigate to the main menu bar at any screen of Caspio, select Account > Change Plan. If you don’t see the menu Account, then click on Home.

You will be directed to the first screen where you select a new plan and select any additional customizations. Click Next.

In the next screens, complete your contact and billing information. Review your plan summary and click Finish when done.
