Caspio’s Search feature allows you locate objects in your account using keywords or AppKeys. It results page.
To search for objects, click Search on the Caspio Bridge menu bar. You can then enter your keyword or AppKey in the dropdown field and click the Search button to start locating.
Search results are categorized by object type and listed in a table for easier browsing. The categories are displayed at the top of the results list. Each category is accompanied by a value that indicates the total number of search results for the object type. Click a category to display the results list for that object type.
You can perform actions (e.g., edit, delete, preview, deploy, etc.) for objects listed on the results screen. Mouse over an object to display its available actions.
- To search for a specific combination of words, enclose your keywords in quotation marks (i.e., “employee benefits”, “contact management”). The results will include all object names that contain an exact match to the quoted keywords.
- Use a minus symbol (-) to exclude objects that contain a specific word. For example, if you search for ‘report –managers’, only object names that contain ‘report’ but does not contain ‘managers’ will be shown.
- Combine the use of a minus symbol and quotation marks to exclude objects that contain a specific phrase (i.e., employee –“web form”).
