Flex is our next-generation framework for building modern cloud applications.

In this release, we’ve introduced several enhancements to improve usability, flexibility, and performance:

• In Form and Text/HTML DataParts, you can now add header controls directly to headings, enabling actions like “Go to AppPage” and “Go to URL,” similar to what’s available in Report DataParts. 
• When importing apps from the Caspio Marketplace, you can continue to import tables as new objects, but now you can also select existing tables to append data to, or update their table design. 
• You can now create a new Segment with its corresponding Role directly from the Designer screen and in one step, without needing to navigate to the Roles area.
  
• Fields on Search forms can now be pre-filled with default values or parameters, allowing the results of connected DataParts to be filtered automatically when the page loads. 
• In Submission and Details/Update Forms, the Insert Parameter picker for “Go to URL” and “Go to AppPage” actions now supports all available parameter types. 
• When deleting a DataPart, the system now displays a list of all dependencies in the confirmation dialog, helping you identify where it is used before deletion. 
• “Form Field” parameter in Calculated values is renamed to “Runtime Field” parameter. This change is automatically applied to existing applications and no user action is required.
