Enhancements to Flex
Flex is our next-generation framework for building modern cloud applications.
- In the Designer view, each segment now displays a Create AppPage button, making it faster and easier to add new AppPages to specific segments.
- You can now use Autonumber data type field as the default values source in numeric fields.
- In Overlay AppPage titles, you can now insert DataPart field parameters to create a more dynamic and personalized interface.
- In Overlay AppPages, the buttons in Header or Toolbar Controls of Report DataParts (such as Delete) can now be moved to the bottom bar of the AppPage, providing a more polished user experience.

Enhancements to REST API v3
Using REST API calls, you can now return properties of Attachment fields such as the permitted file types, size limits, image resizer settings, alternate text, and file title. This provides better control and visibility when working with file fields.

Enhancements to Extensions
Extensions are plug-and-play modules that connect your Caspio account to third-party services, enabling various functionalities.
As a security measure, extensions with no activity for 90 days will be suspended and will not process new queries until they are activated again.

New in Marketplace
App Blocks and Vertical Solutions are two new categories added to the Marketplace.
App Blocks are small app components that you can add to your existing apps or use as a foundation for building a new app.
Vertical Solutions are complete and complex end-to-end solutions available to be installed and customized for your organization.
App Templates are now called Starter Apps to distinguish them from App Blocks. Starter Apps are downloadable applications that can be used as is or customized further.
