Sharing an App with Another Account

You can easily share an app with another Caspio user so they can use it from their own account. This is particularly useful in the following situations:

• Your entire company is using Caspio and you want to share an app with another department.
• You are in the business of building solutions for others. You can create apps in your own account and make copies for your customers and install it in their Caspio account.
• You hired a third-party developer to build an app for you. Once development is complete, the app can be exported and installed in your account.

To share an app, you must first export it from your account and then send the app file (ZIP) to your intended recipient. Once they import the app into their account, they can then customize the app or deploy it as it is.
