Adding header and footer

Follow the steps below to add headers and footers.

1. On the PDF Settings screen, click the Header and Footer tab. 
2. To specify the header and footer height, type values respectively in the Header Height and Footer Height fields.  
3. In the HTML Block field, you can customize the appearance of both header and footer. 
4. To add page numbers, click the parameter picker icon. 
5. From the available parameters, select Page Number and click OK. 
6. To add total number of pages, insert the following: 

   Page [@cbPageNumber] of [@cbTotalPages]

7. To save changes, click OK.
