Deprecation of Unverified Email Addresses

As part of our continuing improvement of email delivery, we made some changes to Caspio email services.  As a result, email addresses must be verified before they can be used in the “From” field when sending emails to your recipients from Caspio objects. Based on feedback from our customers and partners, we postponed the deprecation of unverified emails to August 11, 2022 (from July 11, 2022 as previously announced).

Please verify existing emails used as “From” email addresses in your applications to minimize the impact on your business operations.

After the retirement date, unverified email addresses will be replaced with noreply@caspio.app when they are used to send emails.
