Issue with Login to Apps or DataPages

If the users of your apps are prompted to sign in to a DataPage again after refreshing the page or going to another app page, the recommended resolutions are:

• Enable cookies in the browser. Cookies might be blocked in the browser by default or disabled by the user. Caspio-authenticated DataPages require third-party cookies to work properly. For instructions how to enable cookies in all supported browsers, see System Requirements.
