Forms allow end users to submit data, update records, or request and reset their passwords.  Submission Forms are used to capture data such as text, numbers, files and images. Update Forms are used to display and edit existing information. They can be configured to generate and send automatic acknowledgement and notification emails. Using the Password Recovery Form, you can create an automated application which will allow your authenticated users to request their password to be sent to them via email. After the user submits the request, the application will validate the user’s identity and automatically send the password via email.
