Caspio Support PIN
As a new security feature, we have introduced Support PIN to easily identify yourself as an authorized user of an account when contacting Caspio Support. Your PIN is accessible from the Help menu. Over the coming weeks we will start asking you for your Support PIN when contacting Caspio Support by phone or chat.
